GREY GOOSE SUMMER ESCAPE - CHANCE TO WIN 1 OF 3 x $2000 AIRBNB GIFT CARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS 11TH OCTOBER 2021 – 2ND NOVEMBER 2021

  1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the participating venues (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

THE PRIZE

  1. The promotion ‘TELL US IN 50 WORDS OR LESS YOUR PERFECT LUXURY SUMMER ESCAPE’ will run in participating IBA stores where promotional material is displayed commencing on Monday 11th October 2021 and closes at 9.30pm local time Tuesday 2nd November 2021.

  2. Each prize is a $2000 Airbnb GIFT CARD to use to book stays or experiences; spend all at once or apply to multiple bookings.
    There are three (3.) $2000 gift cards to be won. The total prize pool nationally is $6,000 AUD

  3. AIRBNB Card balance does not expire. No fees apply to purchase or activate this Card. Redeemable by Australian residents towards the purchase of eligible goods and services on the Airbnb website and app. Use requires an Airbnb account. Card is non-reloadable and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, returned or resold, except where required by law.   4. To be eligible to enter, individuals must scan the QR code displayed on the in-store POS material during the advertised promotional period.

  5. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) one (1) entry only is permitted for each different 50 word submission.
    Re-submission of the same paragraph will be deemed invalid.

  6. Entry is via the website online form at bacardimartiniaustralia.com.au/greygooseluxury. Participants must fill out all details in the form including their full name, phone number, email address and postal address.

  7. All 50 word entries will be read and collated on Wednesday 3th November 2021 and the three (3.) winners will be chosen in Sydney by a secure, Government certified and independent program. https://www.randomdraws.com/au/ between 9am and  5pm AEDT on that same day.

  8. The winners will be notified by email by a representative from BACARDI-MARTINI AUSTRALIA PTY LTD within 3 working days of the draw date which takes place on the 3rd November 2021 between 10am and 4pm AEST.

  9. The winner will also be announced online at http://www.bacardimartiniaustralia.com.au/greygooseluxury on the same day and the announced winners will remain online for three weeks. The winner will be contacted three times over a 2 week period. If the winner cannot be contacted the reserve draw will be notified and the same notification process will follow.

  10. The Prizes will be sent from Rosebery in Sydney via Australia Post registered post within 5 working days of the date the winners are notified and should arrive within 2-3 working days. Tracking numbers will be available once they have been lodged with AusPost.

GENERAL

  1. The Promoter is BACARDI-MARTINI AUSTRALIA Pty Ltd (ABN 40 103 911 146), Level 8, 201 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 Australia. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

  2. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

OFF-PREMISE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at www.nhmrc.gov.au.

  2. Total prize pool value nationwide is $6,000 AUD. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

  3. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid entry. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all entries will be honored. Competition materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way, available while stocks last

  4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

  5. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
